The workouts with Jason are very well structured, are always very well explained and are incredibly fun! You notice after just a few workouts that your fitness improves!

Highly recommend the "My Pace" workouts. Jason creates a safe space for everyone to have fun while working out. Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro! Love that it's outside and you'll meet people from different parts of the world.

Richtig tolles und forderndes Training, bin immer wieder gerne dabei! :) Jason ist ein toller Trainer der immer versucht auf alle Teilnehmer einzugehen, wenn man öfters kommt, nimmt er sogar Rücksicht auf bestimmte Wünsche und Vorlieben der Teilnehmer - auch für Anfänger geeignet, da mehrere Varianten der Übungen vorgezeigt werden!
Really great and challenging workout, am always happy to be there! :) Jason is a great trainer who always tries to meet all participants at their level, if you come more often, he even takes into account certain wishes and preferences of the participants - also suitable for beginners, because several variants of the exercises are demonstrated!

This training is fantastic! I’ll admit, I was a bit worried going in I’d be the worst person there, but it turns out I had nothing to worry about! I mean, I definitely was the worst person there, but it didn’t matter at all! I felt super comfortable going slow and figuring out what to do. I highly recommend My Pace

Working out with "MyPace" is really cool, as a trainer he goes the extra mile explaining the exercises to newcomers, if a movement is not optimal for your body he has alternatives in mind; for more advanced people or regulars, there is always the option to increase the pace or do a harder variation of the exercise. I find all of that really cool, as it allows people with different fitness levels to feel included, to workout with others and above all, to keep the motivation going.

My pace workouts are super fun and I am lazy at sports + a beginner. Jason is a great trainer and during sessions he always reminds you of posture, pace and not overdoing it. Its like having a personal trainer but in a fun group.. very attentive! I felt very welcomed, so no matter if you’re advanced or newbie definitely go check it out :)
